**The Role**

This is an excellent opportunity for a **BDM/IT Recruitment Consultant** with a successful background in recruitment. You will be an entrepreneurial, dynamic individual looking for a company where you can grow and develop your skills, careerand earning potential.

In this role you will develop your own client base with a focus on SAP recruitment solutions.

**Location**

The **BDM/IT Recruitment Consultant** will work from offices in Harrogate. They will also consider remote working if you have a proven track record in IT recruitment or IT sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities
- Bring on new business accounts and continuously develop the company reputation for SAP recruitment excellence
- Keep abreast of company and contractor movements to quickly identify the right person as soon as an opportunity arises
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of the SAP market (full training provided) and network within the SAP community

**Experience**

Proven track record within recruitment, ideally within the IT sector although this is not essential
- Experience providing SAP solutions is desirable but not critical
- Strong new business development experience
