**Summary**:
Dragonfly Foods is looking for a full-time **Production Operative** to join our team in Willand. The Production Operative will be responsible for the production of our products in our modern BRC production facility. Dragonfly is a growing business with good opportunities for progression for the right applicant.

The role is Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 14:00pm with increased pay overtime opportunities. 28 days annual holiday and closed for Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day.

Training to be provided on site for the role with extra training opportunities available - Fork Lift training, first aid, fire warden, Food Safety and HACCP.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Setting work stations up for production.**:

- **Completing line paperwork where necessary.**:

- **Keeping a clean tidy work area.**:

- **Using machinery.**:

- **Weighing, Measuring and Mixing.**:

- **Working on production line.**

A £300 retention bonus will be paid to successful applicants following 3-Months of successful employment. (Subject to terms).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
