Demolition Administrator

Bracknell - Berkshire

Monday-Friday - Full-time

£25,000 per annum

An industry-leading waste management company are hiring a Demolition Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of an environmentally focused business that aims towards sustainability and a fully recyclable system. This role is ideal for an administrative professional looking to progress in a health and safety or environmental career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Logging new enquiries.
- Arrange site visits.
- Set up project files.
- Arrange Asbestos surveys and demolition notices / service disconnections if required.
- Manage and maintain folders in the demolition drive
- Vetting and maintaining sub-contractors including reviews
- Administration of training/ booking new training
- Preparation of the health and safety folder on job completion
- PQQ support.
- Obtaining/ maintaining Accreditations including ISO documentation

The Person
- Background/Experience in Construction or Demolition industry advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, meeting deadlines, plan and prioritise workloads.
- Good understanding of quote/job process flow.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy is essential, seeking clarity when required.
- Have a good knowledge of MS Software.
- Must be a good team player or work well in autonomy and under own initiative.
- Works to exceed customer expectations
