**Collision Sales Advisor - Mallusk**
**A Collision Sales Advisor must support customers and process Collision sales orders on our operating systems. Taking inbound sales calls along with regular outbound calls to designated customer bases, passing to second line support as necessary and upselling of promotions are also large parts of being a successful Collision Reseller Sales Advisor.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to select
- Create accurate parts quotes using the systems provided
- Identify potential pricing issues with the product team
- Build working relationships with customers and relevant branches
- Work closely with credit control
- Identify potential gaps / issues in the collision range
- Escalate parts price queries to the senior BDM’s

**Key and Desired Skills**:

- **Customer service experience**:

- **Good knowledge of Microsoft Office**:

- **Be able to work un-supervised**
