Rental Reservations Agent is needed to be based in Leicester. My client is looking for someone to join their team to support the daily reservations for vehicle hires.

Job Requirements:
To operate and manage customer queries and reservations in an efficient and timely manner, building relationships with new and existing customers through in & outbound call activity in order to maximise rental opportunities. Create, identify and progress rental opportunities to support delivery of rental targets and margins
through the identification of customer needs and requirements, promote suitable rental solutions which directly contribute to the rental targets.

You'll be converting enquiries into sales plus processing, amending, and updating bookings as required to maximise on revenue whilst ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
