Housekeeping/Receptionist
- Skegness Holiday Apartments is looking for a new member to join our already excellent housekeeping/receptionist team

Here at the coasters holiday apartments were looking for a friendly and hard working individual who would like to join our thriving business that is based on the sea front.

**Duties**:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including apartments, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
- Change bed linens and towels
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Stock and replenish supplies on Tea and Coffee Station
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Front of house checking in/out guests. - Dealing with enquiries from Internal and External Customers. - Reception duties, handling guest queries and answering the telephone. - Cash Handling and Banking.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.70-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
