Here at the Black lion Manchester we are looking for a full time night time receptionist to join our team.

The Black lion Hotel is a busy newly refurbished 13 bedroom Hotel, bar and restaurant based in Salord Manchester Chapel street

We are looking for friendly and energetic applicants with a passion for providing high quality customer service to our hotel guests.

Key duties will include:

- Providing excellent service standards to our guests both face to face and over the phone
- Processing payments and auditing
- Hourly security audits of the building
- Processing hotel bookings
- Call handling
- Dealing with guest complaints and queries
- General administration duties
- General cleaning duties
- Setting up Breakfast

Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year customer service / administrative experience. Immediate start, full training provided.

**Salary**: £7.33-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester, M3 1SW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
