Esol Tutor

Enable are recruiting an experienced ESOL Tutor to join our teaching team. The role will be based at Ollerton with some remote teaching.

The purpose of this role is to create effective and stimulating opportunities for learning through high quality teaching, learning and assessment that enables the development and progression of all our ESOL learners.

You will be responsible for teaching reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills to our learners and be able to design, deliver and assess training at different levels of learning by using various classroom activities and teaching methods to help our learners pass their exams and progress into work or on to further training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in the enrolment of learners, ensuring all paperwork is correctly completed
- Analysing language abilities and levels via BKSB or paper-based assessment
- Preparing Schemes of Work and Session Plans
- Ensuring suitable learning resources are available to enhance learners experience and enable them to progress
- Monitor progress on a regular basis
- Have a good understanding of British Values, Safeguarding and Prevent
- Attend CPD events

Must have a teaching qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-10 per week

**Salary**: £25.00 per hour
