**Building a sustainable tomorrow**

BAM FM is recruiting an Administration Assistant to support the Helpdesk Manager in various tasks and to support the Helpdesk & Contract Administration team. Working 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and based in our offices in Stepps.

**Your mission**
- Create and maintain effective individual and team working relationships with the Helpdesk team
- Provide support to the contract admin team
- Generation of daily outstanding work reports and circulation to the team for progression and updates
- Generation of weekly PPM reports for circulation to schedulers, contract admin & regional helpdesk for national contracts to ensure completion of PPM within calendar month
- Review outstanding PO’s for previous service years and chase for updates and complete
- Assist with contract demobilisation of supplier PO’s
- Backfill for absence on helpdesk and contract admin team
- Assist with preparation of monthly client reports (first draft to be issued 1st working day of each month)
- Generate monthly quote report for each contract manager and contract admin
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Service delivery in accordance with contract specification, using best practice commercial and industry practices.
- Ensure KPI, SLA and Performance Standards requirements are met.
- Procurement of goods and subcontractor services in compliance with BAM FM Procurement policy.

- Ability to communicate at all levels and a professional approach when liaising with Clients, suppliers, and internal resources.
- Competent knowledge of IT packages.
- Good organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and work to the BAM values
- Can do attitude
