Enthusiastic English Teacher needed ASAP in an 'Outstanding' coeducational Secondary school and sixth form in South London.

The school is seeking a English Teacher with experience of teaching all key stages.

This English Teacher role can be part or full time.

Other responsibilities for this English Teacher role will include planning of lessons, effective logging/tracking of pupil progress and attendance to team meetings/parents evenings.

**The School**

The proportion of pupils achieving this at the end of Year 11 is well above the national average.

Extra-curricular activities also play a large part of the school's life, including music and sports events, as well as museum trips.

In terms of academic achievements, the school produces results that placed it within the top 1% nationally for the fifth year running.

With a Progress 8 score of 0.96, students achieve more than one grade higher than they would in an average school. Such progress, alongside the best A-level results in the borough, reflect the exceptional dedication with which everyone in the school hasapplied themselves.

It is the school's aim to make sure that staff are as well supported as they can be. They have a zero tolerance approach to anything that interrupts the learning in a classroom and the central team that deals with both behaviour and homework detentions doesso to make sure that staff are as free as possible to do the three things that matter most: mark, plan and teach.
