**General Role**:
A new opportunity has arisen within our busy progressive Lincoln Branch for a full time Residential Sales Negotiator. The successful applicant will be fully immersed in residential sales and ensure they are handled efficiently and courteously.

**Key Duties**:
a) Introduce yourself and maintain regular contact with vendor clients over sale.

c) Arrange viewings and accompany viewings.

d) Take feedback, answer queries, take offers, negotiate sales, and progress with solicitors and other parties in any chain whilst keeping the vendor and purchaser regularly informed and management software fully up to date.

f) Attend daily, weekly and monthly team and wider firm meetings and follow up matters arising.

g) Assist in marketing properties on websites and social media.

h) Promote the firm and our surveys, other services, and mortgage sales.

i) Helping other departments as reasonably necessary

j) Other duties within the skills and capacity of the job holder

**Skills and Attributes**:

- must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Ideally have previous experience in sales progressing and the conveyancing process
- confident in liaising with solicitors, vendors and buyers and seeing the sale through to completion.
- able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge or persona for sales negotiation and be confident and professional at all times.
- friendly, outgoing, highly organised and professional
- excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- excellent IT Skills
- Full Driving Licence
- team player but also able to work under own initiative handling multi tasks at once.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,538.14-£22,323.60 per year
