**Role Overview**:
The job holder will be responsible for the completion of shipping documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient distribution of goods our customers. The job holder will be customer focused with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Raising despatch notes/invoices for UK & standard consignments using computer and manual based systems.
- Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange collections/deliveries.
- Entering collection information onto invoices.
- Ensure all Air Waybills, manifests & collection notes are received and correctly stored/filed.
- Provide administrative support to despatch team.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are progressed and despatch dates are achieved.
- Loading of goods using electric pallet stacker.
- Perform other such duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post as may be reasonably required.

**Critical Competencies for Success**:
**- 4 GCSEs (grade 5 or above) in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualification or experience.**:
**- PC Literate in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.**:
**- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.**:
**- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.**:
**- High level of attention to detail.**:
