As a Application Support Engineer your role will be fundamental in supporting customers with queries related to the companies digital marketing platform. Utilising HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge you'll be reporting, prioritising, analysing and resolvingfaults and providing fixes for customers.

The company have continued to grow and are looking to expand their team as they expand to take on more business. This company offers a friendly collaborative environment, progression opportunities, structured training and an excellent benefits package.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in an IT, Product or Application Support Environment
- Practical knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Commercial understanding of JavaScript
- Great customer service skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
- A passion for solving complex problems and the ability to learn new skills quickly
- Strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team environment

**Desirable**:

- IT-based degree or relevant industry experience
- 2 years+ commercial experience in an Application, Software or Product support role
