Gopuff is seeking a dynamic Payroll Administrator to join our Finance & Accounting team.

In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll ensuring it's been processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the Finance and HR team to ensure the payroll for all employees has been processed.

**You will**:

- Run UK payroll in house, including annual reporting such as P11D, P60, PSA, and RSU reporting
- Process weekly payroll and monthly payroll, including new starters, leavers, timesheets, calculating pay, pension, apprenticeship levy, processing AEO/DEA Garnishments, providing HMRC submissions and resolving issues by contacting HMRC
- Support the provision of Payroll related reporting (e.g. weekly KPIs and manager reports) both scheduled and on request Ensure the management of all types of leave eg holiday
- Support reconciliation of payroll data to the accounting records
- Support statistics surveys received from ONS
- Support implementing and migrating to a new payroll system and HR system as needed
- Work with other outsourced specialists on payroll processing of other EU countries
- Address payroll queries and ad hoc projects
- Liaison with HR to ensure all payroll changes have been implemented and integrated for payroll processing. All personal information is integrated with the payroll system for accurate processing
- Liaison with HR to ensure Calculation of employees’ entitlement to SSP, SMP and SPP

**You Have**:

- 3+ years experience of payroll, including UK in-house payroll experience and collaborating with the accounting team on reconciliations
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure and perform several tasks concurrently in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to set high personal goals and work independently
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
- Proficiency with Excel (for reporting) G-suite and database management
- Experience in implementing and migrating to a new payroll system and HR system is desired
- Well organised with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Experience in dealing with confidential information
