**Job Title**:Finance Analyst

**Type**: 12 Month Contract

**Location**: Telford

**Salary**: £30,000-£34,000

A FTSE 100 Insurance Company with an office based in Telford is recruiting a Finance Analyst to join Group Financial Planning & Analysis team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation/challenge of accounting data
- Arranging submissions for deadlines
- Presenting financial MI to non-financial stakeholders
- Consider impact of any organisational design changes and reflect impact on budget
- Identify, plan, and implement process improvements.
- Control gaps identified and solutions raised and implemented to provide assurance over financial processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and processes and maintain evidence/audit trail as required

**Experience and attributes required**:

- Experience of financial reporting or have a background in accountancy **Essential**:
