Quality Inspector

Southwest Fabrications Ltd is currently seeking to recruit a Quality Inspector to our team which involves working closely with our production team and drivers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Understanding customer expectations and needs from a product.
- Monitoring production standards.
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
- Evaluating final output of products to determine their quality.
- Rejecting products that fail quality standards.
- Evaluating product non-conformities using root cause analysis
- Own the calibration register and calibrate the metrology equipment.
- Own the non-conformance register and the RCA on NCR's
- Deal with all aspects of despatch.
- Internal auditing when required

**Desirable skills/experience**
- ISO 9001:2015 internal audit qualification with IRCA based training course
- Forklift experience

Hours for the position are Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:30pm and Friday 08:00am to 15:30pm.

Salary negotiable depending on experience/qualifications.

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
