**Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (DOE) + Benefits**

**Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday**

This role forms part of a great team who provide administration support the Credit team and Head of Credit with daily administration duties that ensure the smooth operation of the team.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the processing of incoming cash receipts to Customers / Buyers accounts
- Allocation of cash receipts to outstanding invoices using remittance advices
- Where a remittance advice is no available, requesting this from the Customer / Buyer
- Ensuring that account statements are issued on time and correctly to allow Buyers to make payment
- Supporting the credit controllers with the process to investigate any invoice queries, ensuring Buyers are kept updated or Branches chased for resolution
- Processing requests to run 3rd party risk reports for review
- Able to work closely with other areas of the business (Operations / Branches / Accounts Receivable)
- Report running and issuing
- Any other ad-hoc administration support as set by the Head of Credit
