TM Scotland East Kilbride & Glasgow are very excited to be recruiting on behalf of a brand new client in Houston, Renfrew to assist with onboarding 4 operators to add to the team on a temp to perm contract working full time Monday to Friday with over time incentives as and when available.

Our client is an established commercial cleaning service provider to a number of different contractor’s through-out Scotland. This role will provide a vast variety of different tasks and day to day to duties and responsibilities based on what the business is offering on that day.

**Our new client’s hours of work**:
Monday to Friday - You must be able to get to the site for 6:30am, this is essential so you must have your own transport or live locally - Once you get to site, you will be provided a team for the day and the driver will take you to where you need to go.

Over time to be confirmed but this is offered on Saturday and Sunday

**What we require for our brand new client?**
- Due to the rural location you must be able to drive or live very local to the site as the starting time is 6:30am.
- A reference from a previous employer within the last 2 years - If in employment, if you have been studying we can request from a teacher / lecturer.
- Looking for work immediately.
- A good level of fitness due to the equipment you will be using and the variety of heavy duty tasks you will be doing within your day to day operations - Your average hours will vary so you must be aware of this pre applying.
- Excellent attention to detail with a can do attitude
- A benefit would be if you have confined space experience or high pressure water jetting - Our client does offer full training and coaching.

**What TM Scotland require you to do now to be considered?**
- Be able to attend a face to face interview with one of our consultants - This can be completed on Teams pre our induction onsite.
- Be able to provide all the relevant right to work documentations in line with TM’s ISO standards - We require evidence of national insurance number from an official letter from HMRC and have an active bank account in your own name for processing wages. This is in line with our ISO accreditation and GLA compliance standards.
