To provide a proactive, professional, and customer-focused administrative support to the HR team. This role will develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures and provide HR support. The HR Administrator may at times also support the Volunteer Development Manager with administrative tasks.

To be enthusiastic, proactive and professional. You will need to be customer-focused and provide administrative support to the HR team. This role will require you to maintain administrative systems, follow procedures and provide HR project support
- Prior to starting the apprenticeship, we would need to confirm your eligibility for the apprenticeship. You would meet/speak with a member of the apprenticeship Team at Barnet and Southgate College who will go through eligibility checks. This will include,
- Checking your prior qualifications. This will include Maths and English GCSE’s and any relevant qualifications associated with the apprenticeship
- Checking prior work history.
- Criminal Conviction Checks
