We are currently seeking skilled and versatile Multi-Tradesman subcontractors to collaborate with on various projects. As a subcontractor, you will work on a project-by-project basis and be responsible for completing assigned tasks within specified timelines and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join our network of subcontractors and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of tasks related to building structure and interior work, including carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying, masonry, roofing, electrical work, painting, plastering, tiling, flooring, and more.
- Execute projects according to project requirements and specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide your own tools, equipment, and transportation to job sites.
- Maintain open communication with project managers, coordinate project requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, and collaborate effectively with other subcontractors and team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in at least four trades from the Building Structure and Interior Work subcategories.
- Previous experience as a subcontractor in renovations and related tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £150.00-£240.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
