**About the Role**

**Full Time Chef De Partie at Brigg & Stow Bristol Airport **

**Pay rate starts from £14.67 per hour**, regardless of age and get an hourly based percentage of service charge or gratuity, plus an extra £1.50 per hour for all hours worked between midnight and 6am

Come and join the team at **Brigg & Stow Bar **at **Bristol Airport**.

As a Chef De Partie you will work a variety of **shifts between 2pm and midnight.**

The heart of our Brigg & Stow is our kitchen. As a **Chef de Partie **you will be serving up a variety of tasty dishes. All cooked and plated with skill, care and a passion for great cooking.

**Requirements**:

- Due to some responsibilities within the Chef de Partie role, applicants will need to** be 18 years of age or over** to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- Experience in similar role is required

**Under the supervision of** **our Kitchen Manager you will**:

- Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and on boarding of any new Kitchen team members.
- Demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
- Manage stock control and food margins.
- Manage EHO and Health and Safety audits to a high standard.
- Dealing with customers, ensuring you always have full knowledge of our products and menu.
- Drive individual high performance through development and regular one to ones with your team.
- Working as part of a team, preparing food, serving drinks and have an eye for detail.
- Thrive in a high volume fast paced airport/station environment.
- Show passion for the brand, visible when ensuring your team are knowledgeable and confident.
