**Title: Returns Operative / Test Technician**

Our client is a leading specialist in reverse logistics for electronics retailers, manufacturers and insurance providers, with multiple sites across the UK and Europe. Due continued growth our client is opening a new Returns Centre in Swadlincote.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the test, cleaning and packing and ensuring they meet the customers criteria
- Be capable of testing any product covered by a local work instruction
- Clean all items in a timely manner ensuring all accessories and instructions are present to work instructions and grading
- criteria
- Carry out a final inspection of each product to ensure that it meets customer requirements
- Ensure that all relevant labels are attached to each unit and box and palletised correctly and safely
- Achieve the set targets in all areas of work e.g. turnaround, productivity KPI's and customer expectations
- Maintain the accessories’ location in a clean and structured manner to assist all clean and packers
- Any SMS/BMS updates must be read and any issues raised to your Team Leader or the IT/Quality Manager
- Be familiar with and work to all their operational procedures as per ISO 9001
- Be aware of and work to all health and safety procedures and highlight any issues
- Any other reasonable tasks as requested by a Team Leader or Manager
