**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various native and social media platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and others.
- Evaluate and negotiate advertising rates, ad space, and airtime options to secure the best advertising opportunities for our company.
- Monitor and analyse ad performance and make necessary adjustments to optimise ROI.
- Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design effective ad content.
- Manage relationships with native and social media platform representatives and vendors.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying, specifically in native and social media platforms.
- Proven experience in managing successful advertising campaigns across platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
- Strong understanding of native and social media advertising trends and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
