We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-respected independent Practice in the Wolverhampton area.

**Working hours**:
As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work either Full or Part Time.

**The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered**:

- £40,000 Basic (pro-rata)
- On Target Earnings of £55,000 - £65,000 (pro-rata)

**To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have**:

- Experience in Level 2 Surveys
- VRS and mortgage valuation experience

**As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve**:

- Secured lending mortgage valuations for most of the panel lenders
- Carrying out level 2 home buyer reports
