Tractor Driver & Farm Hand - WEEDENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

As our family run Animal Farm grows, we are looking for a new member to join our team in helping us look after our animals and grounds.

We are looking for an outgoing individual with a can-do attitude. You must be confident, friendly, approachable, and physically fit to keep up with the fast-paced environment. Must be a focused, hard worker.

We require a lively, enthusiastic animal lover with great customer service skills to care for our animals and interact with the public. Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence. Tractor driving experience is desirable but not essential.

The role will be varied, and full training will be given throughout all areas of the farm.

This role includes;
- Cleaning the animal enclosures to a high standard and following their specific diet plans to ensure they have all they need.
- Offering animal handling sessions to the public independently.
- Maintaining the farm and keeping work areas tidy and hygienic.
- Independently lead school groups around the farm.
- Assisting with farm maintenance such as fencing.
- Confidently operating a variety of tractors.

The farm is an incredibly fasted pasted environment so you must be able to work well alone and be very self-motivated; a strong work ethic is key.

WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY. - Full time position may be available for the right person.
