New Build Mortgage Specialist

We are looking to recruit additional members to our New Build mortgage team.

Your role will be to contact clients referred by our new build partners and discuss their mortgage affordability and options. You will be able to answer questions on criteria and different mortgage schemes. You will then keep in touch with the customer to support them while looking for a new home and gather information and documentation to hand over to the mortgage advisor when the customer is ready to proceed.

Experience required:

- Minimum 6 months experience assisting customers with new mortgage enquiries preferred
- Applications for a trainee position will be considered for applicants with sales and customer service experience.

- Positive, Professional and Friendly telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure and within deadlines
- Customer focused with a desire to go the extra mile for the client
- Good written and and verbal communication skills

Role Features and Benefits:

- Basic Salary from£25,000 depending on experience
- Bonus Scheme with OTE of up to £33k
- We are open 7 days a week so there is a requirement to work a minimum of 4 weekend days per month and some bank holidays. Lieu days are given when weekend days are worked.
- 20 days holiday per year + bank holidays + your birthday off
