Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a residential/social housing background to join a successful, small consultancy specialising in quality residential based projects for a variety of clients, in a role with autonomy, progression and closeknit team alongside a great salary and package.

On offer is the chance to move into a role with great autonomy on a range of interesting projects from the residential and social housing sector with support in Chartership in a small, friendly team environment.

This well-established company are a Quantity Surveying and Cost/Project management Consultancy working on high end residential new builds, refurbishments and conversions as well as with social housing companies. Working closely with architects they providea project and cost management service for clients across the South West and Midlands. Now they are looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor to join the close knit team.

In this role you will be office based from Tewkesbury with the flexibility of working from home. You will take control of your own workload and manage your own projects providing a high quality consultancy service. You will work with architects, contractorsand clients providing cost analysis', budgeting, organising payments, bill of quantities and completing reports. There will be a focus on pre and post contract responsibilities.
