We are seeking a a qualified or newly qualified Rehabilitation Officer Visual Impairment (VI) within our Solihull sensory service. Working closely with the Team Manager/senior staff to provide rehab support to clients across Solihull who have are VI and have sight loss or dual sensory loss.

**As part of the Rehabilitation Officer Visual Impairment role, you will**:

- Conduct assessments and support planning to assist VI people to achieve independence through mobility training, rehabilitation and providing equipment support.
- Manage own case load and record accurate case notes
- Provide professional advice information to VI users
- Signpost/refer VI users to other professionals and organisations

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Qualification in Rehabilitation Studies
- Demonstrate an understanding of working with people with sensory loss
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient IT skills
