One of our exclusive clients is looking to bring on a PMO Lead to support and drive new change and portfolio governance across Group Transformation.

**The Role:
- A focus on lead change management governance and continuous improvement processes
- Ownership of ITBM and other strategic resourcing solutions at a Business Unit level.
- Strategic Resource Planning
- Work closely with operational managers to support the rolling three-year plan.
- Leading Portfolio Team alignment to new TMO governance and processes.
- Working with the Project Managers/Sponsors to provide and collate RAG reports on Strategic Projects into a single dashboard.

**Essential Skills:
- Proven experience of working as a PMO lead - group transformation experience beneficial
- Experience of Strategic Resource Planning.
- Experience developing a fit for purpose resourcing model.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers and team members across the business.
