- About the role_

As a Procurement Administrator with the Offshore Technical Centre, you will be responsible for providing procurement support to the procurement department engaged in the development and construction of offshore wind projects primarily in support of EDF Renewables UK and Ireland offshore activities, and with the opportunity to support the wider EDF Renewables offshore community.

- What you’ll be doing_

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- Assisting the Procurement team to compile tenders, issue ITTs, evaluations and compiling contracts
- Supporting project procurement on maintaining contract folders, auditing and reviewing when required.
- Co-ordination of contract approvals, making sure all approvals are obtained in line with corporate and project governance,
- Updating and management of trackers and reporting tools for all Stakeholders.
- Collating and issuing weekly / monthly reports.
- Raising and issuing of Purchase orders.
- Provide support on low value procurement activities.
- Co-ordinating and processing of invoices.
- Liaising with other stakeholders within the wider EDF Group.
- Supporting the Procurement Leads in compiling periodic procurement KPI reports.
- Support in procurement meetings for minutes / diarising and co-ordinating meetings.
- Managing procurement activities on business systems (e.g. SAP) and acting as a point of reference for business users.
- Promoting sustainable and ethical procurement in line with EDF R’s sustainability ambitions
- Support other teams within the Offshore Technical Centre (HSEQ, engineering and Project Delivery) with administration.
- Develop your skills and ability through formal and informal learning, and mentoring others with the same.
- What do you need to be great at this role?_

Ideally, you will be a procurement administrator who has the experience in the following;
- Enthusiastic and enjoys liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Knowledge of the principles of procurement and contract management
- Highly organised and able to work across multi projects.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP or similar is desirable.
- Experience of working within a procurement / contracts department would be advantageous.
- Experience of working remotely and independently, with flexibility to travel.
