About the Programme
Our Risk & Compliance functions are growing and we’re looking for Graduates to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their first steps into a career in financial crime, risk & compliance.
The role will be part of our Risk function, where you will spend time rotating between our Financial Crime and Compliance teams.
We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven, and have an aptitude to learn. In return, we promise to give you all the opportunities you can handle to continue learning and developing to achieve your career goals.
As well as immersing yourself in our teams and learning on the job, you will also study a level 3 apprenticeship within Risk & Compliance where you will gain a qualification from the International Compliance Association.

- A can-do attitude, belief in our vision, and a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck into anything and everything.
- Committed to pursuing a professional qualification
- A passion and interest in financial crime, and compliance
- Motivated, focussed and able to own your projects
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with teams across the business
- Data driven and high attention to detail
- Creative and can-do attitude to solving problems
