We are partnering with an exciting financial services institution based in Sheffield to recruit a KYC/AML Analyst to join their compliance operation on a 12 month fixed term basis.

**Description**

As KYC/AML Analyst, you will be part of the operational compliance team and take on duties including:

- Supporting senior management in managing operational compliance issues in relation to the support and management of wider portfolios
- Conducting AML/KYC searches on delivery partners, customers and suppliers in line with AML procedures and policy
- Recording data to the retention of delivery partners information in line with GDPR requirements
- Providing effective business partner support to the business units across the bank, working closely together with the wider team to deliver operational compliance requirements
- Building relationships with stakeholders across non-operational departments

**Profile**

The required skills for the KYC/AML Analyst are:

- Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and checks
- Proven experience in a CDD/AML role is essential
- Working knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and associated industry guidance is also essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships is important
- Desire to serve customers and a proactive approach to finding solutions

**Job Offer**
