**Job title**:TyTAN Resource Lead

**Location**:RAF Coningsby

**Salary**:46,400+ (Commensurate with skills and experience)

**What you’ll be doing**:
The primary purpose of the role is to the lead & manage the delivery of Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness (M&CA) resource management and business operations for TyTAN, to ensure that M&CA requirements for the TyTAN Programme are satisfied by having people with the right skills and competencies to meet the current and future needs of the business globally.
- Lead Programme resource demand coordination and resource planning and strategy for short medium and long term
- Responsible for the M&CA resource strategy within TyTAN; make or buy solutions, and supplier management
- Lead the oversight, assurance & integration of all TyTAN tactical resourcing activities, in particular role vacancies management
- Be responsible for the management and integration of the vacancy and talent data for the TyTAN M&CA population (through use of databases & dashboards)
- Support all TyTAN SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning) activities, working with the wider functional community
- Lead the resourcing demand and supply data management for TyTAN, ensuring it is current and accurate

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Ability to establish relationships with multiple stakeholders, across both the function and TyTAN programme
- Ability to manage relationships with a number of key stakeholders, in geographically dispersed locations (UK on base and overseas)
- Ability to work both autonomously, but as part of IPT (Integrated Project Teams)
- Ability to interpret large amount of data and information, to make informed recommendation

Desirable:

- Project Management qualification (or working towards one)
- Experience in recruitment, resource management or similar role

**The TyTAN (Typhoon Total Availability eNterprise) Support Contract**:
The TyTAN (Typhoon Total Availability Enterprise) Support Contract is a long-term enterprise solution which develops the partnership between BAES, DE&S and the RAF to focus on a single aim: achieving operational output for the Typhoon Force, with UK bases at RAF Coningsby and RAF Lossiemouth.
