Our client operates within the Social Housing Property Maintenance sector, working with housing providers and landlords, they take care of repairs, maintenance & refurbishment.
- Their repairs & maintenance service required a Multi Trade to join their team:

- Must be very competent in Carpentry and plumbing
- Own tools
- Clean driving licence
- Clean DBS
- You will be working in Warwick District area on Reactive & Maintenance works.
- A vehicle, fuel card and PPE provided.
- Salary is 33k
- 22 days Holiday plus BH

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £33,000.00 per year
