**Based in Sandwich, Kent**

**£24,000 - £28,000 Per Annum (DOE)**

**9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday**

**Do you have experience using Sage software?**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Inputting timesheet information into Excel spreadsheets weekly
- Reconciling petty cash and credit card transactions
- Executing weekly payment processes
- Managing the purchase ordering system, identifying and advising on errors
- Aiding in the creation of client invoices based on payroll and timesheet data
- Conducting bank reconciliation in Excel and recording purchase invoices using Sage software
- Compiling a comprehensive monthly financial transaction pack
- Receiving and accurately allocating all receipts for payments
- Verifying employee rates and resolving discrepancies, collaborating with the payroll department
- Overseeing the administration of various accounts
- Assisting with various financial aspects, including fuel cards, medicals, union subscriptions, dart charges, congestion charges, eye care vouchers, and company savings club
- Participating in the management of purchase orders and stationary supplies.
- Other accounting duties

**Personal Specification**
- Must have previous experience in the use of Sage software
- Experience in purchase orders and reconciling is a required skill for this role
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to sift data accurately essential for the job
- Knowledge of VAT rates and fiscal reporting would be highly advantageous
- Must be self motivated, and able to work with mínimal supervision
