**Production Controller - Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire**

**Production Controller**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in supervising teams in a production environment
- Understand manufacturing processes and interpret bill of materials (BOM)
- Health & safety knowledge and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Confident team player
- Good literacy and computer skills
- Be willing to learn new aspects of the business and participate in development training.

**Key Functions**
- Coordinate and supervise production teams
- Support compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. HSE, BSI) and internal policies
- Liaise between operations teams, management, engineering and sales departments to ensure customer requirements/specifications for completed products are captured accurately and communicated back to operations teams. Ensure completed work is captured accurately for efficiency monitoring purposes.
- Interpret bill of materials (BOM) and organise product assembly to order
- Contribute to process operation reviews and auditing systems
- Support quality monitoring and production control processes
