Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Department is at the very hub of our business, providing expert and professional support for our key accounts and consumers across the UK and Ireland.
We currently have vacancies for two customer focused individuals to join both our Crested & Custom Club focused Teams on full time permanent basis'.

There are many different elements to these roles and no day is ever the same. But the main things you will be covering are:
- Dealing with incoming communications in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensuring any issues are dealt with proactively and promptly.
- Liaising with Credit Control and other departments always ensuring excellent levels of customer service
- Processing customer orders quickly and accurately onto our in house system;
- Operating telephone lines for Customer Service area
**About you**:
You will feel comfortable working under pressure, enjoy an open plan office space, be a confident IT user with strong administrative skills and be able to resolve customer related issues in a polite, positive and efficient manner. Ideally we would like you to have experience of working in customer services directly with customers and you will have a strong educational focus in English.
