**Temporary role starting ASAP - beginning of January 2024**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident Coordinator to work for one of our well-established clients based in Mid Kent.

If you are an experienced Coordinator who is looking for a temporary role to get you through the Christmas period, than this role is for you

**Duties**:

- Collating training records across the services and maintaining the management system records.
- Being the main point of contact for the department.
- Booking employees into courses, producing joining instructions and sending out reminders.
- Working alongside line managers, and internal departments
- Maintenance of the internal databases.
- Ensuring that all completed training is logged onto the internal database and sending out the certificates.
- Manage the training calendar coordinating trainer availability, scheduling courses, and completing all admin tasks involves.

**To be considered you will**:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Software (Including advanced Excel skills)
- Experience in high levels of data entry
- Diary management experience
- Analytical thinking
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and comply to data protection and GDPR

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Faversham, ME13 7AP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
