An experienced IT Support Engineer / 2nd Line Field Engineer with at least 1 year of experience is needed to join the team at this leading IT Solutions Provider.

You will join their established and growing team, covering a wide range of ICT duties as a specialist Education and SMB-managed service provider.

The applicant should be a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop their skills within the field of IT. This is a customer-facing role, and therefore, good communication skills and a professional attitude are essential. Car mileage costs willbe covered by the company.

**About the Role**

The role involves providing support and consultancy by telephone, remote support and on-site on a day-to-day basis. The successful applicant will attend regular site visits, which will require a full UK driving license, and the use of a car is essential.

**About the Company**

They have been providing I.C.T. support to schools and businesses since 2005. They pride themselves in helping their clients get the most from their I.C.T. infrastructure.

Many of their customers have had support contracts with them for many years and have recommended them to others.

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience and/or qualifications in current Windows Server products and services (Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Group Policy)
- Strong administration and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft 365, Intune
- Desktop and Server Hardware upgrade/installation and troubleshooting
- Helpdesk system (managing and responding to support requests with SLAs)
- Good networking experience (TCP/IP topologies, switches, routers)
- Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Firewalling, UTM and security solutions
- Onsite and Offsite backup and recovery services and procedures

**Required Experience**:

- 1+ years of relevant experience
- A full UK driving licence and vehicle
- An Enhanced DBS (the cost of which will be met by the employer).
- Good communication skills
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn
