The firm is ranked both highly in the legal 500 and is top and tiered for many practice areas. Over the years they have built up an **incredible client base. **They find that the majority of their work comes in through referrals and repeat business. You will find a quality of work, that will place you working on the other side of incredibly large practices, but with the nice aspects of working for a smaller firm.

The firm stands at a head count of 100. You will find the firm embraces very modern working-day practices which includes hybrid working.

The firm has a strong leadership team with solid plans for growth over the next 12-24 months, this is being driven by an influx of new work and instructions.

**The role**

The firm is seeking a **Family Partner** to join the firms vibrant, Central London office based close to Euston.

You will work as part of a vibrant team of five. You will work with alongside the other partners to drive the department forwards. The team is currently busy and as such they are looking to grow the department.

All of the work within the department is privately funded and of good quality. You will deal with a broad range of family matters which will include divorce, and private children matters

You will work alongside a very approachable and well-known partner. The work is varied, making for an interesting role.

This role comes with good prospects, as a result of departmental growth.

**Requirements
- You will be a Family Partner with between at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will have excellent client care skills
- Salary is negotiable depending on your background and level of experience
