This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced residential caretaker / porter for a development in Putney:
- Working hours: 7am to 4pm
- Monday to Friday
- £35k per year
- 20 days holiday
- Parking on site

The development consists of 108 flats across 3 blocks

Will be responsible for:
- All security / CCTV
- Attending to residents needs
- Key management
- Parcel delivery
- Fire door checks
- Some plant checks
- Correcting defects
- Assisting sub contractors
- Gardening once a week
- Putting bins out once a week
- General tidying up

Essentially, my client is looking for someone to take ownership of the development and make it their own.

Must be proactive and responsive with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent customer service.

Will need to be used to lone working.
