We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Hub Co-ordinator (administration assistant) to join our busy administrative hub based at Workington Hospital as part of Workington ICC Hub.
As an ICC Hub Coordinator in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be required to work alongside a range of health and social care professionals to develop an ethos that encourages multi-disciplinary working and integrated care to ensure that the patients in Workington are provided with the highest possible standard of care.
This role also requires you to be flexible in your approach in that you may be asked to cross cover other ICC Coordination Hub's and work in differently localities dependant on service need.
