Ict Senior Cyber Security Specialist

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has a rare opportunity for someone with a drive for making a difference in the challenging world of cyber security to come and join our ICT Security Team.

This role will encompass day to day operations and project work in supporting the Trust to meet its ICT Security/Cyber Security Strategy to deliver secure ICT operations in line with established legislation, industry best practice and the NHS Digital Data Security Protection Toolkit.

This is a highly technical position supporting the Trust ICT assets and resources against malicious vectors. Requiring the post holder to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the current and emerging cyber security threats and vulnerabilities using multiple security tools, knowledge bases, and the maintenance and monitoring of security systems in order to assist the Trust to mitigate risk.
