- Previous experience in telecom civil work preferred
- Up to date street work licenses
- Ability to operate Digger hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs is a plus
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
