**Description**:
As a Technical Supervisor based at our East Kilbride Laboratory in the South West Scotland Region, you will enjoy working in a ‘hands on’ practical position within a busy Laboratory environment alongside a close-knit group of colleagues

This role will see you overseeing the day to day running of the operational technical team to ensure quality control testing for ready-mix is carried out according to specification requirements and maintain a high level of compliance.

Furthermore, you’ll be commercially aware and involved in optimising mix designs and monitoring new products on the market. As well as this, you will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues at all levels of the business.

As our next Technical Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for reporting on product quality and, where issues are identified, agree and implement corrective actions whilst placing the highest importance on our sustained standards of excellence in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental Management you will be a leading contributor to the Company’s zero harm culture.
