**APPRENTICESHIP COURSE**:Recruitment Resourcer Level 2

**Wage**: £15,000

**Working hours**:Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

**Annual leave**: 28 days per year including bank holiday

**Location**: Business and Innovation Centre, Howard Rd, Stanmore HA7 1GB

**THE ROLE**:

- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Perform 360° end-to-end recruitment
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process

**Package includes**:

- Complete a fully funded qualification
- Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

**Apprenticeship eligibility requirements**:

- To not already hold a Business Administration Level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
