**Job Purpose**:
Join our team of highly motivated colleagues in the newly established EULA HR Service Hub in your capacity as an Senior HR Administrator.

Working closely with the wider HR community and the business, you will be responsible for people data management and maintenance alongside targeted query support for our workforce located in 10+ countries across the Europe Latin America (EULA) region. You will additionally act as the escalation for all Organizational Administration and Reporting Administration working closely with the People Analytics Manager. As the EULA Hub evolves over time, there will be growth opportunities for you to broaden your skillset and expertise.

In a global working environment, your primary focus will be to ensure that our people data in the recently implemented cloud HR system (SuccessFactors) is accurate, complete and up to date throughout the employee life cycle. Attention to detail and an inquisitive mind will enable you to drive people data excellence, and your own professional and personal growth alike as the HR Service Hub will be taking on additional tasks as part of its planned evolution. Making use of your excellent customer service skills, you are dedicated to providing a seamless HR experience for our workforce and finding opportunities to continuously improve how the hub operates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Become a custodian of Munich Re’s people data in the new SuccessFactors HR system, i.e. update and maintain HR master data in SuccessFactors to drive data quality for HR.
- Act as Tier 2 escalation supporting the HR Service Hub Lead and HRLT for Reporting and Analytics within the Service Hub on SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
- Act as Tier 2 escalation for all Org Management Changes such as but not limited to Creation of Departments, Creation of Cost Centre’s, updating and managing Matrix, Management and Legal view within SuccessFactors.
- Escalation for complex SuccessFactors/HR Processes.
- Supporting the creation and updating of all Regional Process documents for SuccessFactors EC and ONB
- Tester for all system updates relating to ServiceNow-SuccessFactors Integration.
- Accountable for data loads supporting Re-Organizations and Onboarding of new legal entities.
- Regional owner of HR Document Sharepoint site.
- To support the constant evolution of the EULA Hub in the future looking at areas for improvement and alignment with the local HR Operations Teams.

**General Duties and Tasks**:

- Ensure accurate and timely administration of HR events in SuccessFactors in compliance with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards and timeframes.
- Creating, Editing and sharing reports with/for the EULA HR Team and People Leaders.
- Updating Org charts to reflect structural changes ensuring all approvals are gathered prior to making SF changes
- Creating new SF objects such as Cost Centre’s
- Onboarding new legal Entities via data load in line with the project plan and providing guidance to local HR Operations Teams.
- Ensure that core HR data (e.g. employee records showing personal and employment data) in SuccessFactors is maintained and accurately updated.
- Forge strong relationships with your HR colleagues across the EULA region to enable effective day-to-day collaboration, identify improvement opportunities around workflows and processes, and build a global brand of excellence for the hub.
- Take end-to-end accountability to see through HR transactions from start to finish, working effectively with other HR teams across EULA, and meet the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) for an excellent HR experience.
- Drive the creation and continuous improvement of the standard operating procedures (work instructions) which will support you and your colleagues in delivering reliable and consistent HR services to our various businesses in EULA.
- Leverage your excellent teamwork skills to coach and learn from your colleagues in an inclusive and safe working environment which encourages an open dialogue.
- Bring curiosity to learn about the different HR needs of our people across the EULA region and have an interest in acquiring new HR as well as customer management skills

- Demonstrated ability in system-based HR administration.
- Strong reporting and analytical capability using tools such as Excel and power BI.
- Able to communicate information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication. Able to convey complex information clearly. Anticipates the information that others will need. An appreciation of the importance of working to service level agreements.
