**Responsibilities**:

- Overnight care
- Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Help create and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting and overnight care is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license with a reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
