Magnapower are an engineering company based in Bromsgrove employing 15 people. We specialize in designing and manufacturing equipment for the recycling industry in the UK and worldwide. Increased sales and a positive forecast for 2023-24 means we have urgent requirement to recruit a new fulltime magnet gluer.

Main role is to glue large magnets together to form a larger magnet block. This is physically demanding work. Full training will be given.

**Other general duties**
- Packing and Wrapping of New Equipment and Parts
- Housekeeping - maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
- Observing and complying with company Health and Safety Policies.
- Complying with company Quality Control policy
- Stock monitoring
- Advise when quantities fall below set level

**General**
- To contribute to the motivation of the team and show initiative in the development of methods of working.
- Undertaking any other duties which may be requested and for which training and / or an explanation has been provided and understood.

- Ability to read & work to engineering drawings
- Experience 2 years engineering experience, Forklift license desirable

**Salary**: £11.55-£12.00 per hour
