Robertson Bell are excited to be working with a fantastic charitable organisation, based in Durham, as they recruit a Finance Business Partner for their team on a permanent basis. This organisation offers a fantastic work-life balance along with family-friendlypolicies. The role is responsible for providing monthly management accounts, budget support and financial analysis to relevant stakeholders.

The key duties of the Finance Business Partner role include:

- Full responsibility for the month end management accounts of their region including relevant commentaries and variances
- Leading on meetings with budget holders to present variance analysis regarding budgets and forecasts
- Assisting in the tendering process, which involves costing and providing relevant financial information to complete this
- Ensuring all statutory account submissions are inline with charity SORP guidelines

- Strong experience preparing management accounts from start to finish including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders of various levels and the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial people
- Strong MS Excel skills
- An interest being in the charitable sector
